GANACHE RATIOS USED: * Dark chocolate = 2.5:1 (choc to cream) There was approx. 500g made for the 7″ round naked cake * White chocolate = 3.5:1 (choc to cream) There was approx. 750g made for the 6″ extended height semi-naked cake Both cakes were mud cakes 🙂
