My buttercream RECIPE:
1100g Pure Icing Sugar (ammend slightly with amount if you need to, to get correct consistency for what you’re doing)
Vanilla to taste
* Mix together, gradually adding the icing sugar, to create a smooth and delicious buttercream. This buttercream will crust slightly and you can keep your cake out of the fridge with no problems (in a cool environment). Place buttercream back in the fridge when you’re finished using it.
