Buttercream Succulent Class – Saturday 2nd March

10am-3:30pm

Create a buttercream succulent garden with fondant ‘pebbles’ in a terracotta ‘pot’, which is a 7 inch round cake (3 layers of cake). You’ll learn the following;

• Layer and ganache your cake in a semi-naked finish
• Create a terracotta pot by
• Pipe different types of succulents with buttercream
• Create marbled pebbles to decorate the garden base

Light lunch and refreshments included (half an hour lunch break).

Suitable for beginners.

Please bring an apron with you.
