You will learn how to make macarons from scratch with the Italian method, plus;
- Bake them
- Make salted caramel from scratch
- Make flavoured ganache from scratch
- Fill your macarons with the above
- Take home your macarons
You’ll be working in pairs, and there is a limit of 8 people for each class.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Please bring an apron and wear enclosed shoes.
