Learn to make a tall, extended height 6 inch round cake (6 inches tall)- from the first steps of layering, filling and covering with ganache to create super sharp edges, to the finishing steps of learning how to make textured coral-like fondant and wrapping your cake with a torn-fondant finishing effect.
This class is perfect for anyone wanting to learn more about decorating and creating taller cakes with more texture and uniqueness. No previous experience necessary, anyone from 14yrs and over can attend.
Your cake will be a chocolate mud cake, with chocolate ganache. If you’d like a variation of choc mud cake, eg: choc peppermint, choc honeycomb, choc coconut, etc, there will be an extra cost of $15 payable after you’ve booked in.
