Learn to create a perfect 6″ cube cake with a trendy ganache watercolour finish. From layering and filling your cake, to ganaching it perfectly, this is a great class to learn the square/ cube shape techniques and tricks. You’ll add a little bit of abstract art to your cube cake with coloured ganache, create some texture, and add a chocolate sail to finish off your unique design. And of course, you get to take your creation home and enjoy it!!!
Your cake will be a white chocolate mud cake, with white chocolate ganache. (If you would like a variation in white chocolate mud flavour, eg: passionfruit swirl, raspberry swirl, lemon/lime/coconut, an extra fee of $15 will be payable after you’ve booked in).
Please bring an apron and wear enclosed shoes. Everyone welcome (14yrs and over), no previous experience necessary.
