I highly recommend classes @ Cake Craze! I’ve attended 3 and feel they’re worth the $. I thoroughly enjoy the experience – getting creative, learning techniques, being with people who share the same interest. It’s obvious that Michelle has a passion for cake craft, is highly skilled and experienced in the field. Tips and techniques I’ve learned in her classes shape the way I do things as a cake hobbyist.
